Our Trip to Montreal
We arrived in Montreal just in time for the 7:30 pm service
at CC Montreal.
We enjoyed worship, teaching from the Word, and fellowship
with our canadian brothers and sisters in the Lord. The church
building is shared by four other churches so CC Montreal has
to pack up everything after the service and put it back the
way they found it.
On Monday morning we did some sightseeing. We stopped at
Montreal's version of central park to take
in the sights and get a feel for the size of the city.
From there we visited some of the
historical sites, including the oldest building in Montreal.
There we were blessed to stop and listen to the first ever
radio broadcast teaching of CC Montreal!
In the afternoon we had a group meeting at a building
in the park and then headed to the subway to do some street
ministry. We sang some very traditional songs such as
"Amazing Grace". Some of the different ways we minstered
were through worship, music, praying, witnessing, counseling,
and serving.
After the street ministry, we went back to the church for a time of prayer.
Tuesday morning we had another meeting, this time in the hotel conference room, and then headed back home to the states. Below are some scenes from our first trip to Montreal. Click
